Plus, the sole purpose of the gathering is to pray for the soul of Colin.

Afterwards, Vicar instructs the gathering to pray for Colin silently and open a page of the Psalms. So everyone opens the book for the prayer except those who know the prayer words by heart. Then, the people sing a hymn, and the priest ritually tells them about the qualities of Colin.

Before the arrival of Hatch, Mrs. Rafi and Mrs. Tilehouse fight over petty issues during the event. Then, Hatch arrives there. He exchanges some angry words with Mrs. Rafi and believes he has killed Willy (the alien). But when Hatch suddenly sees Willy there, he starts shouting that the world is going to be ruined because Willy is not dead. Then, Thompson and Carter take Hatch away from there.

After hearing Mrs. Rafi’s response, Rose gets angry and asks her why she hadn’t left the village when Mr. Rafi died. However, her aunt ignores this question.
